Stop trying to please everyone! It’s much easier said than done, we know, but by overloading yourself with work, you risk being unable to complete tasks and meet deadlines – and the quality of ALL of your work is affected. Sometimes it’s best to politely decline so that you can focus on the most important work. If you do it right, colleagues will understand and respect you.
