In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take

In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take, the relationships we were afraid to have, and the decisions we waited too long to make”  by Lewis Carroll.

Some say this is inspirational. Others say it's important to take risks and not play it safe. They say that if you don't take risks, your goals will fade away and you'll never know what life could have been.

The human tendency to reflect on missed opportunities with a sense of regret. It suggests that the fear of failure or rejection often holds us back from pursuing opportunities, and as time passes, we tend to regret not taking those risks more than the failures we might have experienced.

The regret stems not from actions taken and failed but from opportunities not seized. The quote is a reminder to embrace life's opportunities and understand that the risk of failure is an inherent part of growth and learning.
